What is a GIF?

A GIF is a series of photos that are looped at a certain speed to give the illusion of motion. GIFs are an acronym for "Graphic Interchange Format."

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking our photo booth as early as possible. We're normally booked months in advance, so for your convenience; early booking is highly suggested.

Do you offer prints?

Yes, prints are available with all packages except for the "Keep It Social" package.

How will I receive the photos?

Guests can receive their photos via social media, email, text, and/or print. Hosts receive links to their custom event gallery and Google Drive link.

Do you provide props?

Yes, we do provide props depending on the package deal that you've selected. We have a variety of word props and fun accessories that will make your ProSnap Booth experience memorable.

Do you offer customization?

With our photo booth you can customize the colors of the user interface, email, text, and hashtags. Also, you can explore the filters that are provided with our photo booth. We also offer custom props and backdrops for an additional cost.

What is your deposit policy?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date and is due upon execution of the contract.

Can I book online?

Our booking process is completely automated and very easy. Once the contract is signed and deposit is paid via credit/debit card, your date is reserved. A team member will follow up with you within 24 hours to confirm the details.

How many videos or pictures do I get?

Your booking will come with unlimited videos and photos for your guests.

What is a sharing station?

A sharing station is a separate device that allows the guest to step away from the booth after taking their photo/video. This will keep the line moving along.

What are my backdrop choices?

For the backdrop photo booth option, you will be able to choose from a solid white or black background. You can also choose the green screen add-on to create a digital background. Inquire about any specialty backdrops or props.

Am I able to view all videos and photos taken at the event?

Yes. The event organizer will be sent a link that includes the entire gallery of photos/videos taken at the event.


How much space is needed for the 360 Photo Booth?

The 360 photo booth will require at least an 10×10 foot area to operate comfortably. Make sure the venue has enough space before booking.

What does your set-up look like?

One 360 platform that can hold up to 4 medium sized people and 4 led lights and stands.
